Information is everywhere now regarding diets and nutrition. Chances are you already know what you should be eating and what you shouldn't. Maybe you have tried a diet you found after doing a little reading online? And then went right back to the way you ate before with whatever results you had quickly disappearing. And this is where the problem lies. All the fads, the short term fixes, these diets work as they are depriving the body of something. It may be fats, it may be carbohydrates or it may be as simple as calories. But these diets can never last, they make people unhappy and lots of them are unhealthy. The key is making permanent changes, taking more time to adjust and feeling good whilst doing it.
