You may be a high level athlete, already be in good shape and looking for those small adjustments that will give you the edge in competition. You may be returning to training, following an injury or a long time away from the gym and just want to be able to carry things up the stairs easier. Or you may be anywhere in between. The systems we use work and they will work for you!
To make our training personal, we will need to find our starting point. We will always begin with a full consultation and assessment to do this. This will give us the raw information we need to programme correctly and begin our journey together. All that will be required from you is hard work and commitment, leave everything else to us!
Human Athletic operate from a number of gyms, private training studios and sports facilities throughout Central and West London. If you would prefer to train in the comfort of your own home this can also be arranged and all equipment will be provided.
